Know What to Expect When You Work With Us

The inspection process starts when you contact us and choose what services will assist you in your home purchase. Then, you select a date and time that will work for you, your realtor, and the sellers. On the day of your inspection, we prefer that you are present so that we can show you how your home systems operate. This is a very important time for you because we are at the property, and we will be able to answer any questions you might have. While we are always available for your follow-up questions, it is generally more helpful for you if we can answer any questions or explain any issues you might bring up at the inspection.  The standard inspection works like this:

  • Structural condition & basement
  • Electrical, plumbing, hot water heater, heating & air conditioning
  • Quality, condition & life expectancy of major systems
  • Kitchen & appliances
  • General interior, including ceilings, walls, floors, windows, insulation & ventilation.
  • General exterior, including roof, gutter, chimney, drainage, and grading

* *  The report will be delivered to you via email. All of our reports are created using custom inspection software and come with thermal images, drone images, and digital pictures.


********All cancellations must be within 48 hours prior to scheduled inspection time otherwise a $250.00 charge will be charged to the credit card you secured the thermal home inspection with.********
