What to Expect at a Pinnacle Home Inspection

Condo inspections are treated just as though you were buying the whole building here at Pinnacle. We obviously inspect the unit that you are buying and all the items inside. We also inspect these areas:

  • Security system
  • Foyer ( common area)
  • Laundry room
  • Hall ways
  • Roof ( if possible)
  • Boiler units ( if possible and building has combined heat)
  • A/c exterior unit (if possible)
  • Water heating system (if possible)
  • Plumbing system
  • Exterior siding—e.g. brick, metal, windows
  • Windows
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Roof tops (if possible)
  • And call or meet will condo association rep to see if there is any possible special assessments. No extra charge!!!
  • Ask my competitors if the do the same????

These are all items that can increase your monthly assessments if they are found to be in disrepair. Condo inspection can take just as long as home inspections. Plan your time accordingly.
